This course is designed to prepare newly graduated LVN student for their NCLEX.
Pass rate depends on the student's ability to comprehend the contents of the course.
This course is recommended for any healthcare professionals who is planning to take Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for the first time.
We strongly recommend taking this course as a prerequisite for ACLS and PALS training.
ECG and Pharmacology course content:
Heart anatomy and electrophysiology
How to read and interpret rhythms
12 Lead ECG placement and overview
ECG measurements and arrhythmias
Drugs used during a cardiac event
ACLS drug usage, dosage, routes, and contraindications
There is no CE unit given for this course.
IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Course
The course includes:
Theory (classroom discussion) and practice (skills) of the administration of intravenous fluids with emphasis on fluid and electrolyte balance
Indications for the use of intravenous therapy
Use of equipment, blood withdrawal and venipuncture.
The course is approved by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians and is suitable for continuing education hours for LVN’s only.

We offer FREE community CPR twice a year.
This is a hand-on CPR only. No certificate will be issue.
ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.
Renewal Policy: Student must present their unexpired ACLS card to renew. NO EXCEPTION!
BLS Provider/Renewal This course is designed for healthcare provider. such as Nurses, MD's, Dentists, EMT's, CNA's, nursing/dental/medical students. This course covers Adult, Child, Infant CPR and AED. Upon completion, student will receive 2 years AHA BLS certificate.
PALS Course is design for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children.
This course discussed the Science of Pediatric Resuscitation, Overview of Systemic Approach, Team Dynamic, Management of Post-cardiac Arrest Care.

CPR First Aid AED This course is certified through American Heart Association and EMS. CPR, First and AED course is designed for school employee, security guards, caregiver, child care worker, construction worker, and for anyone who simply wants to learn how to respond to an emergency using a lifesaving technique. Upon completion, an AHA or EMS certificate will be rewarded.
